Quota Attainment

Quota attainment refers to the salesperson's total sales, as a percentage of their quota for the given period.

In other words, it shows how close a salesperson is to reaching their goal (quota).

This metric is usually measured monthly, quarterly, or annually. It's also one of the key performance indicators that impact the sales rep's compensation (commission).

The quota attainment formula is: (Total Sales/Quota) x 100
