An affiliate is a person or an organization that is promoting another company's products or services for a commission fee.

A sales affiliate can either directly sell the product/service (in this case, it's more of a channel partner rather than an affiliate) or help you promote your content, by placing links or ads on their websites to drive traffic and generate leads for your business.
