Go-to-market strategy is a tactical plan for product release and promotion aiming to generate sales.
Simply put, a GTM strategy outlines the steps required to successfully enter the market and reach your target audience. This includes pricing strategy, marketing campaigns, sales tactics and channels, a customer journey map, etc.
It can be used to launch new products or services, re-launch the current ones, or enter the new market.
