Hard Sell

Hard sell is a sales technique that puts high pressure on the prospect and employs direct, pushy sales language to close a sale as soon as possible.

It uses aggressive and manipulative tactics to force the prospect to buy, even if they initially said “no.” Usually, it leaves little chance for repeat business or lasting relationships with the clients.

On the contrary, a soft sell refers to a non-aggressive sales approach that relies on subtle yet persuasive language.
