Warm Calling

Warm calling refers to reaching out to a lead who has already had some previous form of contact over the phone.

Warm calls build on an existing connection, such as an inbound inquiry, engaging on social media, or an in-person meeting. As a result, they’re more likely to get past any gatekeepers and have a favorable response.

Similarly, warm email refers to emails sent to people who’ve opted-in or otherwise have an existing relationship and have indicated that they’re willing to receive them.
