Your Data & Privacy.
You retain ownership of Your Data. We process Your Data to provide and operate the Services, maintain platform security, respond to your requests, and improve Service functionality consistent with applicable agreements, your instructions, and our privacy obligations.
We do not sell Your Data.
Access to Your Data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to support the Services, respond to your requests, maintain security, investigate abuse or security concerns, comply with applicable law, or perform related operational functions. Anyone with access to Your Data is subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
We may generate and use aggregated, anonymized, or deidentified data that does not identify you or any individual for analytics, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Because you may use the Services across multiple jurisdictions, Your Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our authorized service providers operate. Where applicable, we rely on recognized international transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Responsible AI Practices.
The Services include AI features to support workflow automation, prospecting, communication drafting, personalization, summaries, classifications, and related productivity features. We design and review AI features with a focus on transparency, reliability, and responsible use, and maintain operational oversight and safeguards for how AI features are integrated into the Services.
Some AI features rely on authorized third-party AI providers to generate responses and outputs. Your inputs submitted through these features may be processed through those providers solely to support the AI features you use within the Services.
We do not use Your Data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models for the benefit of other customers unless expressly agreed in writing.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unintended outputs and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for evaluating AI-generated content and ensuring your use of AI features complies with applicable laws, regulations, and your internal policies.
We regularly review the AI features, providers, and related safeguards used within the Services as part of our broader security and privacy practices.

Vendors & Sub-processors.
We work with specialized service providers and sub-processors that help us operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.
These providers may support infrastructure, communications, integrations, analytics, AI features, customer support, enrichment services, and related operational activities. They are authorized to process Your Data only as necessary to support the Services.
Where appropriate, we maintain contractual protections and vendor management processes to promote responsible data handling, confidentiality, and operational security.

We make a Data Processing Agreement available to address international transfers, sub-processors, technical and organizational measures, and security-related commitments for Your Data processed through the Services.
