Sales automation is the use of software to replace or optimize manual and repetitive parts of the sales process.

By using sales automation software to streamline tedious or time-consuming tasks and activities — especially those that are non-sales-related — a team can free up more of their time to focus on what really matters.

For example, rather than spending half of their day on admin work, salespeople can now dedicate more time to personalizing their outreach and talking to the right people.
