Value Proposition

Value proposition outlines the specific positive outcomes a customer will get from purchasing your product or service.

Mostly used in sales pitches, it conveys the benefits and value (which should be clear and tangible) derived from the product in order to motivate action.

To ensure it’s relevant and effective, your value prop should be based on the customer’s specific needs and priorities. As a result, you might need to use different value propositions to target different buyer personas.
