As summer wraps up and we gear up for a busy season, the Reply.io team has been working hard to make sure your cold outreach campaigns are ready to go. We know September is a big deal for a lot of businesses—it’s when things really start to pick up again after a slower summer. 

That’s why we’re excited to share our latest updates that will make your outreach easier and help you connect with the right people more effectively. Check out these new features designed to enhance your AI SDR experience, boost your AI Chat tools, and make your cold outreach a breeze.

AI SDR → sharpening your cold outreach

1.1 Targeted audience search by domain lists

Account-based selling just got a whole lot easier with our new AI SDR feature! 

Now, you can search for contacts within specific companies by using the ‘Account list’ filter—just enter your list of domains or companies, and AI SDR will do the rest, finding and enriching with the right contact info. 

This feature helps you quickly zero in on the most important people, saving you time and effort, and making sure your outreach is strategic and effective.

1.2 Control the number and frequency of contacts

You asked for more flexibility, and we delivered! 

With our updated AI SDR settings, you now have control over how many contacts AI SDR finds and adds to your sequences—whether you want it done daily or just once:

  • In the AI SDR sequence setup, find the contact management settings.
  • Choose how many contacts you want to be added daily or in a single batch.

This is great for teams who want to test smaller groups of contacts or ramp up for full-scale outreach. Plus, you can decide how many contacts to add per company, giving you more control over your campaigns.

1.3 Multilingual sequences

Breaking down language barriers just got easier! 

We’ve removed the English language restriction, so now AI SDR can create sequences in whatever language you use in your prompt. No matter if your audience speaks French, Spanish, or any other language, you can craft personalized, region-specific outreach campaigns that really connect with them, wherever they are.

How to use:

  1. Create a new AI SDR sequence.
  2. In the first step, type your prompt in the language you want.
  3. Continue with creating the sequence.

And don’t worry—Replies will be handled in that language too!

1.4 Search by job titles

Finding the right people just got a lot easier! 

Our new job title search filter lets you look for contacts with specific roles within a company. You’re aiming to connect with a ‘Head of Sales’ or a ‘Marketing Director’—no matter at all, because this feature helps you target the right contacts, making your outreach more relevant and effective.

Here are some tips to get the most out of your search:

  • If you’re after very specific job titles, use the ‘Job Title’ field directly for a more focused search.
  • If you’re searching for job titles in another language, check the title on LinkedIn first, then enter it into our system for the best match.
  • If you want to reach a broader range of prospects, combine the ‘Department’ and ‘Title (Seniority)’ fields with the ‘Job Title’ filter. This will help you cover a wider audience within the job function you’re targeting.

Optimized Cold Outreach → easily manage mailboxes and preview LinkedIn steps

2.1 Import mailboxes via CSV

If you’re managing a lot of outreach or juggling multiple accounts, our new CSV mailbox import feature is here to make life easier! 

Now, you can add multiple mailboxes quickly and efficiently—a real-time-saver for agencies or teams running big email campaigns, and it helps cut down on setup mistakes, too.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Prepare a CSV file with the essentials: Email, Daily Limit, Sender Name, SMTP details, and IMAP details.
  2. Head over to Settings and click on Email account.
  3. In the top right corner, click New email account, then select Import from CSV.
  4. Upload your CSV file.
  5. Check the notification to see the status of your import.

And you’re all set!

2.2 LinkedIn step preview

Our new LinkedIn step preview feature is here to help you avoid mistakes with messages that go over the character limit, especially when using variables. 

Now, you can preview and tweak your messages before they go out, making sure your outreach goes smoothly without any hiccups. This feature works for Connect, InMail, and Message steps.

How to use it:

  1. When setting up a sequence, click on the Preview tab.
  2. You’ll be able to see the messages for each contact and make any edits you need.
  3. Just keep in mind the character limits for LinkedIn messages are as follows:

2.3 Bulk mailbox management

If you’re a Team Owner or have the right permissions, you can now view and manage all mailboxes within an account, which makes handling high-volume email campaigns a breeze!

How to use it:

  1. Go to the Email accounts list.
  2. Switch between ‘My’ and ‘All’ email accounts to see and manage what you need.
  3. Use the tools available to add, remove, or update mailboxes.

2.4 Schedule contacts to start sequences on specific dates

We’ve introduced a new scheduling feature that lets you set specific dates for contacts to start sequences. 

This is super handy for planning and automating LinkedIn actions through Reply. Now, you can make sure your outreach is perfectly timed, keeping your campaigns running smoothly and efficiently.

AI Chat → smoother setup, better conversations

3.1 Link crawling for Knowledge Base enrichment

Managing a Knowledge Base for AI Chat just got a whole lot easier! 

Now, you can automatically pull in learning materials from any linked page to your AI Chat’s Knowledge Base. This is super handy for complex products or services with much support info. Adding more data to your chatbot ensures your website visitors get the most accurate and helpful answers.

How to use it:

  1. In the AI Chat setup, head over to the Knowledge Base.
  2. Click on the ‘Add a link’ tab.
  3. Enter a main link and hit ‘Fetch links’ to automatically gather all related materials.
  4. If you just want the info from that specific link, choose ‘Add link to knowledge base’ instead.

3.2 Calendly event selection

We’ve made an update to our Calendly integration that lets you pick specific Calendly events to show in the widget. This helps you keep your booking process organized and avoid showing irrelevant events.

Now, instead of displaying all your Calendly events to website visitors, you can choose which ones to show. Just go to the Goal tab in the AI Chat widget and pick the event you want from the drop-down menu.

And remember, if you don’t select a specific event, all your enabled Calendly events will be shown by default to your website visitors.

3.3 Automatic contact enrichment

Now, you can automatically enrich new contacts created through chat with extra details from our Reply database, turning your contact list into complete profiles, not just names.

How to use it:

  1. Head to the Enrichment tab and pick the chat(s) you want to enrich contacts from.
  2. Once you select the chat, all leads will be saved in the Contacts tab and filled with additional info like full name, company name, company size, industry, LinkedIn profile URL, city, and more.

To use data enrichment, make sure your account has enough data credits. The billing is simple: Enriching data for one contact uses up one data credit: 1 enrich = 1 data credit

With this detailed info, you can tailor your communication better for each lead, boosting your conversion rates and building stronger customer relationships. 

Plus, enriched data gives you insights into your leads without them having to fill out long forms, making it quicker and easier for your team to qualify and prioritize them. For example, after a contact gives info in the chat and the data is enriched, you can segment leads by industry and company size and assign them to specific Reply sequences.
