What’s New in Reply: Know Who to Target, Capture Anonymous Traffic, Book More Meetings

The beginning of 2025 has been incredibly productive for the Reply team, and we’re excited to share the updates that will transform how you connect with prospects this quarter.

Whether you’re refining your targeting with smarter AI scoring, capturing anonymous website traffic, or streamlining meeting bookings, these features are designed to help you work faster, reach better leads, and close more deals. Let’s dive into what’s new!

Target the right leads, every time with ICP and Activity Scoring

Now, Jason AI SDR automatically scores and labels every lead, so you know exactly who deserves your attention.

Jason analyzes every prospect across three dimensions:

  • Role relevance – Does this person’s position match your target buyer?
  • Pain point alignment – Are they likely to have the problems you solve?
  • Decision-making authority – Can they actually make or influence buying decisions?

Each lead is labeled, and Jason explains why it’s a good or bad fit for this particular sequence.

Why it matters:

  • Focus your resources on leads who can actually benefit from your offer
  • Avoid reviewing dozens of unqualified leads or cluttering your list with poor fits
  • Improve outreach results: better reply rates and more meetings booked

Jason AI SDR also measures each prospect’s LinkedIn activity – who’s posting, engaging, and actually active. Every prospect gets an Activity score, so you know exactly who is worth reaching on LinkedIn.

Why this matters:

  • If you have limited LinkedIn accounts, you want to use them on prospects who are actually active
  • Leads who are inactive on LinkedIn should be contacted via email instead, so your outreach effort is always focused where it can get results
  • No more messages disappearing into dead accounts – every LinkedIn outreach has a real chance to engage

How to enable ICP Scoring and Activity:

  1. Open an existing sequence and go to the People page
  2. Click Customize Column → Add Column → Select ICP Score and Activity

  3. The new columns will appear for each prospect

Note: Jason scores only contacts added after you enable the feature.

No more guessing. Fewer wasted emails. Better targeting. Higher reply rates. Every message you send now has a real chance to convert.

Score leads automatically

Qualify every prospect inside your sequences using ICP and Activity scoring, so your team focuses only on leads with real buying potential.

Turn your anonymous traffic into meetings with Website Visitors Tracking

Are you driving high traffic but seeing only a handful of demo requests? When 98% of visitors leave without a trace, your marketing spend is leaking value.

Website Visitor Tracking is officially live in Reply and available for both users on Email Volume and Multichannel plans and for AI SDR users.

Instead of waiting for a “Contact Us” form, you can now unmask anonymous intent and turn it into a data-driven sales engine.

Why you’ll love it:

  • See the actual companies and people browsing your site
  • Automatically push visitors into a Reply sequence the moment they show interest
  • Reach prospects while they’re comparing solutions—before they ever contact a competitor
  • Get real-time data on whether you’re attracting your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Go live in under 5 minutes:

  1. Create your tracker in the “Website Visitors” tab
  2. Add the script to your website header
  3. Start engaging by connecting a sequence and watch the meetings roll in

Stop letting your best opportunities walk away. Start seeing who’s on your site right now!

Reply now has Dark Mode

You asked, we listened! Dark Mode is now available in Reply – one of our most requested features from the community.

We know that outreach doesn’t always happen during traditional work hours. Whether you’re catching up on sequences late at night, working across time zones, or simply prefer a darker interface, Dark Mode is designed to reduce eye strain and create a more comfortable working experience during those long sessions.

Plus, the cleaner, more modern interface helps you focus on what matters most: connecting with prospects and closing deals.

This feature is currently available to Beta users and will roll out to everyone soon.

How to enable Dark Mode:

  1. Go to Settings → Beta and enable access to Beta features
  2. Then open Settings → Account and switch Theme Mode to Dark

Your eyes will thank you. May the Dark Mode be with you.

Custom Calendar for complete control over your sequence timing

Ever sent a follow-up email on a national holiday? Or scheduled LinkedIn messages while you’re at a conference and can’t respond? Those mistimed touchpoints can hurt your reply rates and waste valuable opportunities.

Custom Calendars solve this by giving you complete control over when your sequences send messages. Whether you’re observing regional holidays, taking time off, attending events, or simply working a non-standard schedule, you can now ensure your outreach only goes out when you’re available to engage with responses.

Ready-made calendars for Australia, France, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, and the United States are still available, but Custom Calendars let you build a schedule that matches your exact availability—because the best outreach is the kind you can actually follow up on.

How to add a Custom Calendar:

  1. Go to Settings → Schedule →  New schedule
  2. In Advanced Settings, enable Skip public holidays
  3. Tap the dropdown to create your own calendar

Your sequences will automatically skip the dates you’ve marked, keeping every touchpoint timely and professional.

Control outreach timing

Align sequence sending with your real availability by skipping holidays, time off, and events to protect reply rates and follow-up quality.
