Inside Sales

Inside sales refer to the process where there’s no physical contact between the buyer and the seller throughout the customer journey.

In simple terms, all interactions between the salesperson and the prospect take place online, remotely (unlike the face-to-face, outside sales model).

This is the most popular model for B2B, tech, SaaS, and a variety of B2C industries with high-ticket sales.

The approach is also often referred to as remote or virtual selling.
