Virtual selling refers to a sales process that happens online, without any physical contact between the buyer and seller.

This typically means that all sales communications are handled over the phone, via email, or messengers.

Also known as remote selling, this tactic allows a salesperson to make a sale without ever meeting a prospect face-to-face.

While this might make it harder to form a personal connection, in most cases it allows sales teams to be more productive and reach more leads, wherever they are in the world.
