Breeze AI Review: The Right Sales Tool for Your Business in 2025?

With the rise of AI, we’re seeing a whole new wave of tools promising to revolutionize how we connect with prospects and close deals. Big claims and a lot of hype. It always happens.

But while there’s no denying that AI is changing the game and is quickly becoming the de facto standard in modern business operations and sales (there’s no way we’re putting the rabbit back in the box on this one), the question for you is which tool or platform will serve you well.

And I’m not just talking about right now – I’m talking for years to come. A tool that has the potential to integrate itself and become a core part of your operations, serving you, your team, and your customers properly and actually helping you build your legacy.

But let’s be honest; it can be tough to sift through all the hype and figure out which solutions are actually worth your time (and hard-earned cash).

That’s why I’m here to give you the lowdown on Breeze AI – a platform that’s been making some serious waves in the sales automation space. We’ll take a deep dive into its features, pricing, and what real users are saying, so you can decide if it’s the right fit for your business.

And hey, if it’s not? No worries! I’ll also share a powerful alternative that might just blow your socks off. 😉

Let’s dive straight in.

What is Breeze AI? The product overview

breeze ai by hubspot

Breeze AI tools are the AI solutions from marketing giant Hubspot.

I’m sure you know who they are or have at least seen them around the internet.

The idea is that the platform gives you access to Breeze Agents – AI systems set up to perform certain functions you agree to. This includes carrying out marketing tasks, conducting sales, answering common queries, forwarding more complex requirements to human reps, providing customer services, analyzing data, and so much more.

Using these services is essentially a way to automate repetitive, time-consuming tasks that can bog you down and keep you from focusing on what truly matters: connecting with prospects and closing deals.

Because of all this, Breeze AI is specifically geared toward sales professionals, SDRs, and marketers in small to mid-sized businesses.

Anyone who’s looking to scale their outreach efforts without sacrificing that personal touch will find something to love here. Whether you’re struggling to keep up with lead generation, drowning in email follow-ups, or just looking for a way to boost your overall sales productivity, Breeze AI has reportedly got your back.

And to give you a bit of an overview and a peak under the hood, some of its core features include:

  • AI-powered writing assistance: Say goodbye to writer’s block! HubSpot AI marketing tools (Breeze) can help you craft compelling sales emails, social media messages, and more in a flash.
  • Automated workflows: Let Breeze AI take the reins on tasks like follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and nurturing leads. It’s like having a tireless virtual assistant working around the clock.
  • Data-driven insights: Get a deeper understanding of your prospects and their behavior with Breeze AI’s analytics and reporting features. Knowledge is power, right?

But hey, I don’t want to spoil all the fun just yet. We’ll dive deeper into these features and a whole lot more in the upcoming sections. For now, just consider Breeze AI a potential way to streamline your sales process and make your life a whole lot easier.

How to get started with Breeze AI

First things first, let’s showcase the onboarding process and what hoops you’d need to jump through to get started. Here’s a quick rundown of how to get up and running.

Bear in mind, however, that the tool is pretty new and still in the beta version (as of the last update from November 8th, 2024. Because it’s still in its infancy, this is all subject to change as the tool develops.

  1. Create an account: First, you’ll need a Hubspot account to access this service, so if you don’t have one already, make sure you sign up for one here. Once set up, head to your account homepage, click Breeze AI, and then Overview. Now you’re in the mainframe.
  2. Get started: Within the Get Started tab, you’ll need all the AI options that are available to you. This includes Copilot, the virtual AI assistant that will help guide you through the onboarding process. Then there are the agents themselves. I’ll break these down in the next section, but for now, this is where you’ll choose which to set up and manage.
  3. Access the Intelligence Tools: In addition to AI tools, there’s an Intelligence dashboard that’s essentially the place to analyze all the data the tool provides. We’re talking about actionable improvements through the insights provided and direct integrations with your CMS.
  4. Customize your settings: Once you’ve chosen an agent or part of the dashboard to access, you can personalize Breeze AI to fit your specific needs. You might set up your preferred communication channels, define your target audience, or configure automated workflows. There’s a pretty comprehensive workflow to get into and plenty of support documents to help along the way. It may feel like a long time when you’re getting used to it, but with some practice, you’ll set up the agents in no time.
  5. Start exploring! Once you’ve got the basics down, it’s time to dive into the good stuff. Play around with the AI writing assistant, set up some automated sequences, and start uncovering those valuable insights. Don’t be afraid to experiment and see what works best for you.

Pro Tip: Breeze AI often offers helpful resources like tutorials, knowledge bases, and even live chat support. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need a little guidance along the way.

What are the main HubSpot Breeze AI features?

As mentioned above, Breeze AI tools and functionalities are designed to make your sales life easier and more efficient. Here are some of the highlights:

Copilot

Copilot in Breeze AI HubSpot

Copilot is pretty much the Microsoft paperclip of Breeze. It’s the tutorial agent, the guide, and the support wrapped into one. If you want to know anything from the support docs or knowledge base about the process without actually having to go through it all, this is how you do it.

On top of asking questions, you can also access your integrated CMS records to summarize them, create basic web pages, create the outline of a complex workflow, and all this kind of thing.

Agents

Agents in Breeze AI HubSpot

Probably the main attraction of Breeze AI is the specialized AI agents. Use different agents for different tasks and set them up in how you need them to work. Simple stuff.

  • Social Agent: Say goodbye to writer’s block and hello to engaging social media content! The Social Agent can generate captivating posts tailored to your marketing goals, audience, and brand voice. It even suggests optimal publishing times. It’s like having a social media guru on your team, crafting share-worthy content that gets your audience buzzing.
  • Prospecting Agent: Tired of tedious prospecting? Let the Prospecting Agent do the heavy lifting – this clever agent can research and execute personalized outreach strategies for your prospects, all within HubSpot’s Smart CRM.
  • Content Agent: This versatile tool can generate landing pages, podcasts, case studies, and blog posts, all infused with your unique brand voice and CRM data.
  • Customer Agent: This helpful agent integrates with your chat flows to provide instant answers to customer questions, drawing from your HubSpot content and public URLs.

Breeze AI’s Intelligence tools empower you to unlock the hidden insights within your data.

  • Data Enrichment: Enrich your contact and company CRM data with valuable insights. This helps you build a deeper understanding of your audience and personalize your interactions.
  • Buyer Intent: Gain a crystal-clear view of which companies are visiting your website and showing interest in your brand. Identify your most engaged prospects and tailor your outreach accordingly.
  • Form Shortening: Boost your conversion rates with shorter, more engaging forms. Breeze AI’s form-shortening feature pre-populates your forms with known data, making it a breeze for visitors to convert.

What are the Breeze AI HubSpot pricing plans?

When choosing a sales tool, pricing is always a key consideration. Fortunately, Breeze AI offers a variety of plans to suit different needs and budgets. This can get a bit confusing because there’s a lot to consider, but bear with me, and I’ll try to keep it simple.

The lowdown is that you can only access Breeze AI if you’re a Hubspot user, so you’ll need an active account and subscription. Breeze AI is free to use as a paying user, but the Intelligence part of the suite works on a credit system.

Hubspot account-wise, there are a few plans on offer if you’re not signed up already and want to use the Breeze service.

Plan tiers

You can’t use Breeze AI tools on the Free, Marketing Hub Starter, or Starter Customer Platform. It’s only available on the Marketing Hub Professional or Marketing Hub Enterprise tiers. These start at £702 a month for three seats and £3,000 per month for five seats, respectively.

Here’s a breakdown of both tiers:

Marketing Hub Professional Marketing Hub Enterprise

  • Seats: 3 included
  • Additional seats: $45/mo per seat
  • Marketing contacts: 2,000 included

  • Additional seats: $75/mo per seat

Breeze Intelligence credits system

To get the most out of Breeze Intelligence, let’s talk credits!

Each action within the Intelligence system—whether it’s setting up a new enrichment or making an update—uses these credits. Think of credits as your “action currency.” Every time you initiate a new enrichment, one credit is consumed.

Updates?

They also cost one credit. But here’s a bonus: if you’re making updates within the same period as the initial enrichment, they’re free. So, keep an eye on that timing to stretch those credits further!

Now, when it comes to timing and tracking, credits refresh on a monthly cycle. Your credits reset on the same date each month that your subscription began, which also marks the beginning of your “usage period.”

Need to know exactly where you stand? The Credit Usage Table will be your go-to for keeping tabs on what you’ve used and what you have left.

Let’s look at an example to make this clearer.

Say you start your Breeze Intelligence subscription on August 1st with 1,000 credits. Midway through the month, on August 15th, you use up 500 credits, which means you have 500 left for the rest of August.

But no need to worry about carrying a balance; on September 1st, your credits will reset to the full 1,000, no matter how many you used in August.

As for subscription plans, you have options! If you’re looking for flexibility, a monthly subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month. Prefer a longer-term setup? Annual contracts are available, and you can even discuss custom terms with a Customer Success Manager if your needs are unique.

One last thing to keep in mind: to get the best value, most pricing tiers recommend an annual commitment, though Pay Upfront options are also available across all paid plans.

Remember, though, that Breeze Intelligence credits are exclusive to Breeze Intelligence features. For other cool features and options, check out what’s in store in the HubSpot Product & Services Catalog.

As you can see, this is pretty expensive, especially if you’re a small to medium-sized business, so if you’re interested in Breeze, make sure this is an investment you want to use.

It’s pretty much entirely engrained into the Hubspot ecosystem, and since you need to be a paying Hubspot customer to use the tool, if you’re not planning on using HubSpot AI marketing tools (Breeze), it’s worth noting this isn’t really going to be for you.

Again, just bear in mind that the tool was launched only back in September 2024, so it’s pretty new and still finding its feet. Therefore, the service could be updated a lot over the coming months or years, meaning standalone versions or tier access changes may occur.

What are Breeze AI reviews by real users?

While features and pricing are important, there’s nothing quite like hearing from those who have already taken Breeze AI for a test drive. Who knows, maybe this is your sign to change the game and switch over to the Hubspot AI Breeze framework for good.

Unfortunately, there’s really not that much data at the moment. I spent hours pining over Reddit posts, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, tons of marketer blogs, and the sorts, and there’s really nothing out there so far.

For an app that’s only two months old, this makes sense since users, mainly enterprise-level companies and representatives, are still trying to figure out how to make it work and understand what it can do for them.

Therefore, it’s pretty much a case of watch-this-space. As the months go by, we can take a look back and see what the feedback is. As with most new apps, we can assume some features will go down really well, and there’ll probably be some teething problems and creases that need ironing out here and there.

With that in mind, do your research, use official sources to see what people are saying (avoid blogs that want to make affiliate commission from your sign-up and will only show it in the best light), and see the condition of the platform at the time of researching.

Remember, it’s not a decision you need to make right away. Take your time, see what’s out there, and make the right decision for your business.

What is the best Breeze AI alternative?

While Breeze AI certainly has its merits and it’s certainly making waves, it’s not the only AI sales tool on the block. In fact, there’s a whole universe of options out there, each with its own unique strengths and weaknesses. And you know what? I might be a little biased, but I think one alternative stands out from the crowd: Reply.io. 😉

Look, I’m not here to hard sell you anything, but when it comes to AI tools in today’s world, your business has its own needs, requirements, goals, and expectations, and you have options.

I’m not saying you need to go for Breeze or Reply, but there’s no doubt that AI tools like these are the future, and everyone is using them in some way or another. Salesforce statistics show that about 30% of people plan to use generative AI in their work moving forward, compared to 51% of marketers and 61% of sales experts.

If you’re not using it, you will be left behind over time. It’s simply impossible to keep up with the pace, advantages, and time saved that AI can provide human reps. But you’ll only thrive if you pick the tool that works for you.

So, here’s why Reply could be the option you’ve been looking for.

How to Choose Your AI Sales Prospecting Tool

So, you’ve gotten the inside scoop on Breeze AI and explored a compelling alternative (Reply.io, of course 😉); it’s time to equip you with the knowledge to make an informed decision.

Choosing the right AI sales prospecting tool can be a game-changer for your team, so let’s break down the essential factors to consider:

Define your needs and goals

Before diving into the sea of options, take a moment to reflect on your specific needs and goals.

What are your biggest pain points in your current sales process? Are you struggling with email outreach, lead qualification, follow-ups, or something else entirely?

Understanding your needs will help you narrow down the options and choose a tool that addresses your specific challenges.

Essential features

Not all AI sales tools are created equal. Consider which features are essential for your team.

Do you need AI-powered email writing? Automated sequences? Advanced analytics? Multichannel outreach capabilities? Make a list of must-have features to guide your evaluation.

Ease of use

Nobody wants to wrestle with a complicated tool. Look for a platform that’s intuitive and user-friendly, even for those who are new to AI sales automation. A smooth onboarding experience and easy-to-navigate interface can make all the difference.

Integrations

Think about your existing tech stack. Does the AI sales tool integrate seamlessly with your CRM, email provider, and other essential tools? Smooth integrations can streamline your workflow and prevent data silos.

Pricing

Of course, budget is always a factor. Consider your budget constraints and compare pricing plans across different tools. Look for a solution that offers a good balance of features and affordability.

Support and resources

What happens when you need help? Look for a provider that offers excellent customer support, comprehensive documentation, and helpful resources to guide you along the way.

Trial and testing

Don’t be afraid to take advantage of free trials or demos to test drive the platform before committing. This hands-on experience will give you a feel for the tool’s usability and effectiveness.

By carefully considering these factors, you can confidently choose the AI sales prospecting tool to revolutionize your sales process and propel your team toward success.
