What are the Breeze AI HubSpot pricing plans?
When choosing a sales tool, pricing is always a key consideration. Fortunately, Breeze AI offers a variety of plans to suit different needs and budgets. This can get a bit confusing because there’s a lot to consider, but bear with me, and I’ll try to keep it simple.
The lowdown is that you can only access Breeze AI if you’re a Hubspot user, so you’ll need an active account and subscription. Breeze AI is free to use as a paying user, but the Intelligence part of the suite works on a credit system.
Hubspot account-wise, there are a few plans on offer if you’re not signed up already and want to use the Breeze service.
Plan tiers
You can’t use Breeze AI tools on the Free, Marketing Hub Starter, or Starter Customer Platform. It’s only available on the Marketing Hub Professional or Marketing Hub Enterprise tiers. These start at £702 a month for three seats and £3,000 per month for five seats, respectively.

Breeze Intelligence credits system
To get the most out of Breeze Intelligence, let’s talk credits!
Each action within the Intelligence system—whether it’s setting up a new enrichment or making an update—uses these credits. Think of credits as your “action currency.” Every time you initiate a new enrichment, one credit is consumed.
Updates?
They also cost one credit. But here’s a bonus: if you’re making updates within the same period as the initial enrichment, they’re free. So, keep an eye on that timing to stretch those credits further!
Now, when it comes to timing and tracking, credits refresh on a monthly cycle. Your credits reset on the same date each month that your subscription began, which also marks the beginning of your “usage period.”
Need to know exactly where you stand? The Credit Usage Table will be your go-to for keeping tabs on what you’ve used and what you have left.
Let’s look at an example to make this clearer.
Say you start your Breeze Intelligence subscription on August 1st with 1,000 credits. Midway through the month, on August 15th, you use up 500 credits, which means you have 500 left for the rest of August.
But no need to worry about carrying a balance; on September 1st, your credits will reset to the full 1,000, no matter how many you used in August.
As for subscription plans, you have options! If you’re looking for flexibility, a monthly subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month. Prefer a longer-term setup? Annual contracts are available, and you can even discuss custom terms with a Customer Success Manager if your needs are unique.
One last thing to keep in mind: to get the best value, most pricing tiers recommend an annual commitment, though Pay Upfront options are also available across all paid plans.
Remember, though, that Breeze Intelligence credits are exclusive to Breeze Intelligence features. For other cool features and options, check out what’s in store in the HubSpot Product & Services Catalog.
As you can see, this is pretty expensive, especially if you’re a small to medium-sized business, so if you’re interested in Breeze, make sure this is an investment you want to use.
It’s pretty much entirely engrained into the Hubspot ecosystem, and since you need to be a paying Hubspot customer to use the tool, if you’re not planning on using HubSpot AI marketing tools (Breeze), it’s worth noting this isn’t really going to be for you.
Again, just bear in mind that the tool was launched only back in September 2024, so it’s pretty new and still finding its feet. Therefore, the service could be updated a lot over the coming months or years, meaning standalone versions or tier access changes may occur.
What are Breeze AI reviews by real users?
While features and pricing are important, there’s nothing quite like hearing from those who have already taken Breeze AI for a test drive. Who knows, maybe this is your sign to change the game and switch over to the Hubspot AI Breeze framework for good.
Unfortunately, there’s really not that much data at the moment. I spent hours pining over Reddit posts, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, tons of marketer blogs, and the sorts, and there’s really nothing out there so far.
For an app that’s only two months old, this makes sense since users, mainly enterprise-level companies and representatives, are still trying to figure out how to make it work and understand what it can do for them.
Therefore, it’s pretty much a case of watch-this-space. As the months go by, we can take a look back and see what the feedback is. As with most new apps, we can assume some features will go down really well, and there’ll probably be some teething problems and creases that need ironing out here and there.
With that in mind, do your research, use official sources to see what people are saying (avoid blogs that want to make affiliate commission from your sign-up and will only show it in the best light), and see the condition of the platform at the time of researching.
Remember, it’s not a decision you need to make right away. Take your time, see what’s out there, and make the right decision for your business.
What is the best Breeze AI alternative?
While Breeze AI certainly has its merits and it’s certainly making waves, it’s not the only AI sales tool on the block. In fact, there’s a whole universe of options out there, each with its own unique strengths and weaknesses. And you know what? I might be a little biased, but I think one alternative stands out from the crowd: Reply.io. 😉
Look, I’m not here to hard sell you anything, but when it comes to AI tools in today’s world, your business has its own needs, requirements, goals, and expectations, and you have options.
I’m not saying you need to go for Breeze or Reply, but there’s no doubt that AI tools like these are the future, and everyone is using them in some way or another. Salesforce statistics show that about 30% of people plan to use generative AI in their work moving forward, compared to 51% of marketers and 61% of sales experts.
If you’re not using it, you will be left behind over time. It’s simply impossible to keep up with the pace, advantages, and time saved that AI can provide human reps. But you’ll only thrive if you pick the tool that works for you.
So, here’s why Reply could be the option you’ve been looking for.
