Making Sequence Creation Easier
We’ve upgraded our Sequence Wizard, and now it’s even easier to use than before.
Now, you can create outreach sequences in just 3 steps: Add Contacts, Add Steps, and Set it Up. Here’s a quick rundown (so far available if you’re starting from scratch or choosing to use a template):
- Start by adding contacts. You can choose from 4 options: upload a CSV file, use data from past responses, select from existing contacts, or enter them manually.
- Next, build your sequence by adding multiple steps. Don’t forget to edit these steps and personalize them to be more client-centric.
- Finally, adjust your settings. Customize everything from account settings to how you reply, call, and handle tasks, all right from the left-side menu.
This update simplifies creating sequences, leaving room for customization. It’s designed to let you enjoy workflows at their easiest and still control everything over your sequences to meet your business needs perfectly.
