Making Sequence Creation Easier

We’ve upgraded our Sequence Wizard, and now it’s even easier to use than before. 

Now, you can create outreach sequences in just 3 steps: Add Contacts, Add Steps, and Set it Up. Here’s a quick rundown (so far available if you’re starting from scratch or choosing to use a template):

  1. Start by adding contacts. You can choose from 4 options: upload a CSV file, use data from past responses, select from existing contacts, or enter them manually.
  2. Next, build your sequence by adding multiple steps. Don’t forget to edit these steps and personalize them to be more client-centric.
  3. Finally, adjust your settings. Customize everything from account settings to how you reply, call, and handle tasks, all right from the left-side menu.

This update simplifies creating sequences, leaving room for customization. It’s designed to let you enjoy workflows at their easiest and still control everything over your sequences to meet your business needs perfectly.

Reply Consent Recording – Easily Meet Legal Requirements

Our new feature (called Consent Recording) helps you meet legal standards easily, ensuring you respect everyone’s privacy during calls. But remember: only the user with “Team Owner” rights can turn this feature on or off.

A few words about how it works: The Consent Recording feature, right after you activate it, automatically detects the location of the person you’re calling. After that, the feature checks the local recording laws and adjusts the recording settings:

  • If local law allows recording with one party’s consent, it records the entire conversation. 
  • If both parties should provide their consent, it records only your side of the conversation.

Simple as that. The Consent Recording feature is all about your commitment to privacy and compliance, helping you build trust with your contacts.

Spintax Variables: Improve Your Email Success

With email deliverability in mind, we’ve added Spintax Variables to the Reply editor. 

This feature automatically picks synonyms within your emails, making each message unique and personalized. So, even when you send emails in bulk, each of your emails looks distinct (as a result – less likely to be flagged as spam). 

The main message stays the same, so you can still clearly convey your value proposition to your potential clients. As a result – better open and reply rates, more deals, and a stronger reputation.

A few words about how to use it:

  1. Open the Editor in your sequence step.
  2. You’ve opened it? Great, now click ‘Variables’.
  3. Select “{{Random | ‘random’ | ‘word’ | ‘or sentences’}}” in the Advanced section.
