For starters, this platform provides a bundle of various sales functionalities under one roof, most noteworthy of which are:

- sales intelligence → deal insights and conversation intelligence with suggested actions;
- sales coaching → summarized transcripts, coach cards, and feedback reports;
- sales forecasting → projected sales team and reps’ performance dashboards.
Now, if you’re a larger business that needs some (or all) of these extra features on top of your outreach platform, then Outreach.io very well may be a top choice for you, considering that it’s always best to go for consolidated tools.
