Regie AI Reviews in 2025: Worth for Outbound Personalization?
Eugene Suslov17 Jun 2025
Outbound sales have always been tricky. Finding the right people to engage with, coming up with a creative and personalized way to get their attention, staying on top of follow-ups to keep the momentum going — now picture that in the context of thousands of prospects.
Luckily for us, AI has come to the rescue!
Not only are most traditional sales platforms adding AI features but there are now standalone AI sales agents, aka AI SDRs that can take over the entire sales prospecting process with virtually no human oversight.
As a result, sales professionals can allocate their time to fostering connections with warm, inbound leads, creating tailored product demos, and offering better service on a more personal level, which is exactly what modern consumers and professionals expect.
One of the newest players on the market is Regie AI — an AI-powered sales engagement platform with AI sales agents that promises to transform the way businesses prospect and book meetings.
From lead sourcing to crafting personalized outreach campaigns, Regie AI aims to unite human SDRs with AI SDRs for more efficient and effective sales workflows.
But can Regie AI truly deliver on its promises, and more importantly, can it outcompete the numerous other AI sales agents out there? Let’s take a deep dive into this platform, its main features, pricing, and user reviews to find out.
What is Regie AI?
We always like to kick off these reviews with the basics, so what is Regie AI and how does it work?
Marketed as “the world’s first AI sales engagement platform”, Regie AI is a comprehensive sales automation tool with a strong emphasis on AI-driven prospecting.
It’s designed to handle the time-consuming top-of-funnel sales process by sourcing targeted prospects and creating multi-channel outreach sequences with little to no human intervention.
Regie AI aims to be a one-stop shop where human reps and AI SDRs work together, often highlighting how modern sales teams use multiple separate tools for prospecting.
While great in theory, this expanded positioning puts them in competition with established AI-powered sales engagement platforms like Reply.ioand with the more specialized AI SDRs like Jason AI or Topo AI.
And while it markets itself as a platform for businesses of all sizes, its pricing and setup suggest that it’s more intended for larger teams with significant budgets (we’ll cover pricing below).
All in all, Regie AI’s main goal is to make outbound sales campaigns faster and smarter through AI automation and eliminate the need for sales teams to jump from one tool to another with its comprehensive set of features.
Boost replies. Cut the busywork.
Jason AI SDR sends the right message at the right time, so you don’t have to.
Now it’s time to take a more thorough look at Regie AI’s main features to get a better understanding of how this platform works and the true value it provides.
RegieOne
RegieOne is the foundation of Regie AI, it’s the actual “AI sales engagement platform” part of the product. It combines email and LinkedIn as the main outreach channels, with integrated AI agents that orchestrate much of the work (though, they come at an additional cost, more on that later).
In practice, RegieOne gives reps a central dashboard where they can see their tasks at hand (emails to send, calls to make, etc.) and also deploy AI sequences to run on autopilot.
RegieOne includes a native database of contacts with over 220 million records, along with firmographics and intent data (web visits, content engagement, etc.), enabling AI sales agents to automatically grow prospect lists.
It also brings together all the other features we will cover below for more cohesive sales operations, including an AI dialer, a content management system (CMS), and of course, AI sales agents.
Much like any other sales engagement platform, the main objective of RegieOne is to fully automate the monotonous prospecting tasks like list-building and outreach, freeing up sales reps to focus on the high-level tasks like building relationships with clients.
The interface itself appears streamlined and easy to navigate, though, RegieOne’s success purely depends on the performance of Regie’s AutoPilot agents, which we will explore right away.
It’s worth noting that, while it becomes a powerful sales ecosystem when combined with its AI agents and AI dialer, purely as a standalone sales engagement platform — RegieOne seriously lacks core features like email deliverability and analytics, compared to the more established platforms like Reply.io.
Auto-pilot agents
Another core sub-product of Regie AI is its Auto-Pilot Agents – AI SDRs that run continuously to identify targeted leads and keep them engaged at all times. Think of these agents as virtual workers that can be plugged into your current sales stack or used natively within RegieOne to handle the repetitive, high-volume side of prospecting.
The way they work is quite simple — you “feed” the Auto-Pilot agent target account lists or ICP criteria, and then it will automatically source relevant contacts from Regie’s built-in 220M+ contact database to find phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, etc., continuously updating your CRM with fresh data.
Once leads are sourced, these agents will write and send outreach on behalf of reps. Regie.ai combines your existing content (value propositions, messaging prompts, etc.) with generative AI to craft unique messages for each prospect. No two emails from the agent are identical, they use relevant prospect or company data to personalize every sentence.
Like any other AI SDR, these agents will stay on top of any follow-ups or changes in each prospect’s buyer journey to determine the next best step. Once a lead finally signals interest, the agent hands that lead off to a human rep for closing.
Of course, this only works if the Regie gen AI AI SDR agentsare set up correctly and write genuinely effective messages, and after some digging, we found that numerous users report that Regie.ai’s generated content can sometimes feel too generic or require oversight.
While Regie’s AI agents can also handle basic responses, they definitely don’t have the same juice as specialized AI SDRs like Jason AI which handles objections, answers queries, books meetings on your behalf, and is highly trainable over time to become your best sales rep.
Wish you had more time for sales calls?
Let Jason AI SDR handle the outreach grind while you focus on high-value conversations.
Regie.ai has built its own AI-powered parallel dialing solution right into the platform, claiming to be the “only parallel dialer built directly within a sales engagement platform”.
Traditional auto-dialers often require separate tools and don’t integrate well with outreach tools, whereas Regie’s AI Dialer aims to change that by combining warm leads (prepared by AI agents) with high-volume calling, all in one interface.
With parallel dialing,Reps can dial up to 9 lines at once, which seriously increases the call volumes per rep compared to manual dialing.
Crucially, Regie combines parallel dialing with its AI agents that first warm-up prospects via email and LinkedIn before qualifying them for the call.
Regie’s AI Dialer will then auto-generate call scripts tailored to each prospect’s unique pain points and available data like company news or LinkedIn data to ensure each call remains meaningful and relevant.
We have yet to see how well AI Dialers handle actual conversations with humans, and more importantly, whether clients and prospects mind the fact that they’re being called by AI on the other end.
Intent signals
Another standout feature of Regie AI is its focus on intent and engagement signals. The platform claims to analyze “hundreds of signals from 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-party sources” to automatically enrich prospect profiles and pinpoint the best time for outreach.
In simple terms, Regie AI continuously monitors trigger events like website visits, company news, job changes, etc. to prioritize those leads most likely to make a purchase.
For starters, users can decide on which custom signals they want Regie AI to keep an eye out for, whether it’s a specific keyword or job change, to help the AI engine identify the most relevant leads. Regie will also use these custom signals as a benchmark for lead scoring and prioritization.
These intent signals will also be the foundation for Auto-Pilot Agents generating personalized messages. So if a potential lead recently got a new title — Regie AI will get notified right away, and when the time for outreach is right, it will use that news as a tailored ice-breaker to help build rapport.
Content management system (CMS)
I know what you’re thinking, a content management system (CMS) in a sales engagement platform? The answer is, yes and no.
Regie AI does include a built-in SaaS CMS designed to store and manage sales content, such as playbooks, value propositions, call scripts, templates, and so on, which it then uses as the foundation for its AI-generated content, but that’s about it.
In theory, having a centralized CMS helps the AI sales agents consistently use on-brand tone and language in all sales copy, ensuring they sell the way the business wants them to sell. Users can also write and generate content right within Regie AI to further save time from the back-and-forth as they normally would with traditional sales tools.
Regie claims that its CMS feature enables its AI to pull the right piece of content for each outreach prompt, ensuring consistency across all channels and sequences.
Regie AI pricing
When it comes to software pricing, all platforms fall into one of two categories — those that have transparent pricing plans, and those that keep things discreet. Regie AI falls into the latter.
There are 3 Regie AI pricing plans for sales teams to choose from, broken down into bundles of sub-products including RegieOne, AI agents, and AI dialer.
Unlike most other AI sales platforms,Regie.ai’s pricing is not publicly disclosed into simple per-seat tiers/per-month tiers.
For all three pricing plans, Regie AI simply says “Pricing based on number of prospecting sales reps, starting at $35,000 / yr”.
Yes, you read that right, the starting price of Regie AI is a whopping $35,000 per year, which may make financial sense for large enterprises but is definitely an unrealistic pricing point for startups and small businesses.
The “RegieOne” plan includes the full sales engagement platform plus several extra features including enrichment data, first-party intent data, and domain management. Users on this plan get access to Regie’s AI Dialer, but it comes at an extra price, starting at $20 per rep/month.
The “AI Agents + AI Dialer” bundle is built for teams who already have a sales engagement platform but want to add Regie’s AI sales agents and AI dialer. This bundle likewise starts around $35,000/year plus about $150 per rep/month for the parallel dialing module.
Finally, a standalone “AI Agents” package (without the dialer) is also listed at a $35,000/year starting point that simply offers sales teams an AI workforce of sales agents that handle contact sourcing, enrichment, intent scoring, multichannel outreach support, and automatic task generation.
In summary, all Regie packages appear to start around $35K/year for a small sales team, making it quite a significant investment, and there are no freemium plans or free trials available either.
They justify the steep pricing point with their bundle of several sub-products (AI SDRS, dialer, signals, enrichment, etc.), which could potentially mean saving money on separate vendor subscriptions. However, even then, several features like parallel dialing require you to pay per-rep licensing on top of the base commitment. Also, Regie’s FAQ confirms that the AI Dialer only works with the AI Agents – you can’t separately use the dialer without the agent workflow.
Regie AI reviews
Moving on, let’s take a look at the Regie AI reviews from verified users to see if this platform lives up to its promises:
G2 → 4.4/5 ⭐️(330)
Capterra → N/A
Regie AI has a decent rating on G2 with most users indicating positive feedback (though, surprisingly not a single review on Capterra). After skimming through G2, these are the most common-mentioned pros reported by users:
✅Many users highlight Regie’s ability to adequately personalize messages at scale with AI-generated content, leveraging relevant pain points and intent signals that it identifies. ✅Users who opted for the AI dialer feature agree that it’s a game changer when it comes to calling prospects, greatly supplementing other sales channels like email and LinkedIn. ✅Not surprisingly, many users praise Regie AI’s consolidation which keeps several sales processes under one roof, without the need for purchasing several separate tools at times.
On the other hand, the main criticisms include:
❎The most common complaint is inconsistent AI-generated content quality, which Regie AI positions as its main feature, with many users having to polish output messages before sending. ❎ New users report a steep learning curve — Regie’s interface and prompts are quite complex at first, with some users mentioning the need to experiment with prompts and templates before the AI “gets it right”. ❎Although not a common review complaint, several users mention the steep entry pricing and low confidence in producing a positive ROI for small and mid-sized companies.
In summary, users love Regie AI for its powerful automation features, especially for handling high-volume prospecting tasks. The most frequent downsides are the quality of some of those AI features (most notably content generation) and the initial setup effort, rather than missing features.
Regie AI alternatives
While Regie.ai delivers a rich outbound toolkit, its positioning puts it in competition with numerous different types of software, most notably:
Perhaps the most direct competitors of Regie AI are other AI sales agents. And while Regie includes multiple diverse features, other, more established AI SDRs are highly specialized, which is a common downfall of tools that try to “do it all”.
Here’s how Regie AI compares to one of the top AI SDRs on the market — Jason AI:
Regie’s Auto-Pilot agents handle prospecting tasks, but still leave sequence orchestration largely to the user, whereas Jason AI autonomously runs multichannel outreach campaigns end-to-end.
Regie focuses on outbound touches and offers simple automated responses, where appropriate, whereas Jason AI can read and interpret incoming emails and send relevant replies on your behalf, from handling objections to booking meetings.
Both platforms personalize messages, but Jason AI leverages an enormous real-time dataset with over 1 billion global contacts, as well as LinkedIn profiles, and company pages to generate highly tailored copy for each unique lead. Oh, and Jason AI supports multilingual outreach for a more global prospecting reach.
Regie supports email, phone, and social touches. Jason AI also covers email, LinkedIn, and calls, as well as WhatsApp and SMS, but more importantly — it integrates them into cohesive sequences. Regie allows multichannel sequences, but setting them up still relies on manual sequence builder logic, whereas Jason creates the most response-driven sequences (based on data) and only then begins crafting hyper-personalized messages.
Jason AI seamlessly integrates with Reply.io, much like AI Auto-Pilots with Regie AI, the only difference is Reply.io also offers premium email warm-up and deliverability monitoring, dedicated support, powerful analytics, and much more.
Jason AI is highly trainable thanks to its brand newAI SDR Playbooks feature, which allows users to “teach” it how to sell exactly the way they want to, while he will keep refining its skills and getting better as time goes by, constantly analyzing what works and what doesn’t.
Last but not least, Jason AI comes at a much more affordable price, making it highly accessible for small and mid-sized businesses, and even solo entrepreneurs.
In short, while Regie.ai is a powerhouse for automating prospecting tasks, Jason AI by Reply.iooffers a more comprehensive AI SDR solution for a more affordable price, even when combined with its native AI sales automation platform Reply.io.
Products like Regie AI and 11x AI definitely offer a great bundle of sub-products and features, with their main selling point (and price justification) being that sales teams will need fewer tools to operate.
But in reality, specialized tools will almost certainly produce better results, and given how easy it’s become to integrate different tools — that’s probably the way to go for most businesses.
Tired of cold emails that go nowhere?
Let Jason AI SDR warm up your prospects with smart outreach that actually gets replies.
The verdict: is Regie AI the right tool for your business?
Here’s the thing — if you’re a larger company with a blank checkbook that wants to integrate AI across every stage of prospecting with the least amount of effort — Regie AI may very well be the right choice for you.
However, if you already have a sales automation or sales engagement platform and are simply looking to supercharge your sales team with AI SDRs — we highly recommend you opt for the more specialized standalone options out there.
In fact, even if you’re a small to mid-sized business in need of both, an AI sales automation platform and AI sales agents, there are several proven alternatives out there that won’t break the bank.
One of those options is combining the consolidated sales features of Reply.io with the power of AI prospecting by Jason AI. This way, your sales team will have the entire prospecting workflow running on autopilot like clockwork, from identifying targeted leads to crafting tailored multichannel outreach campaigns with hyper-personalized messages, all while your email deliverability and analytics run smoothly in the background.
