Something interesting I discovered, but perhaps not surprisingly, during the research, is that while 11x promotes running Alice and Mike simultaneously, you’ll see better results by implementing them in phases.

Start with Alice AI SDR for email outreach, perfect those sequences, and then gradually introduce  Mike for phone follow-ups. This staged approach lets you refine each channel before adding complexity.

You can, of course, use both individually if you wish, but you’ll probably od better with both, but then you do have to pay for both, so bear that in mind.

The bottom line

11x’s features are impressive on paper, but success depends heavily on your implementation and expectations. These AI agents won’t replace your star SDRs, but they can effectively handle repetitive tasks and initial outreach at scale.

Let’s talk money – specifically, what you’ll actually need to invest in 11x. I will be completely transparent here because pricing is one of this platform’s most crucial (and sometimes controversial) aspects.

First, you need to know that 11x doesn’t publish their pricing openly on their website. From my research and recent user data:

  • Contract term: Annual commitment required
  • Included contacts: 3,000 per month
  • Cost per contact: Approximately $1.67 (more on this shortly)

But there’s no actual way to know this because it’s not written anywhere. One Reddit post shared that they got a six-month discount and were paying $1,230 monthly to see if they were happy, so it seems to be on a business-by-business basis.

I don’t personally like this style of payment because it’s clear they can just adjust the pricing to get the most out of you based on the information you give them during the sales demo (probably using some kind of AI to figure it out), but that’s not for sure.

I prefer fixed pricing tiers that allow me to scale up and down as needed, depending on the features available. It’s transparent across the board and there are no shady tactics like missing features and so on.

You always know what you’re getting, and this kind of stability goes a long way when you’re running a business. Maybe this will change in the future.

What’s included

So, in the base package, you seem to get access to either Alice AI SDR or Mike. Here’s what you get with the base package:

From what I can find, this could be dated information since its on user posts and reviews. Again, there’s no hard-and-fast pricing structure on the official website, but we know it’s a little expensive.

Then, there are the hidden costs to consider, such as implementation time, team training, integration setup, and ongoing optimization and tweaking to ensure the AI agents are delivering the results you’re after.

Insider tip: here’s something I learned through extensive analysis: While 11x requires an annual contract, there’s often room for negotiation if you’re willing to commit to a longer term. Some users have secured up to 20% discounts on 18-month commitments – though I’d recommend thorough testing before making such a long-term commitment.

Is it worth the investment?

11x isn’t generally cheap, so it’s worth thinking about whether the investment is worth the whole. It depends on:

  1. Your current outreach volume
  2. Size of your target market
  3. Average deal value
  4. Current SDR team costs
  5. Technical resources for implementation

For organizations doing high-volume outreach with deal sizes that justify the investment, 11x can provide positive ROI. 

But this may not be true. A writer on Medium went through and tested 11x against Artisian.io, AISDR.com, and Salestools.io and found that the cost per reply of 11x was about $2,500.

That’s staggering when you consider that Artisian was $550 and SalesTools was as low as $12.50.

As one Trustpilot review states:

“This only works if you’ve got tens of thousands of potential customers and can mass-send with the same messages, hoping someone converts. The emails feel spammy and have very basic customization. Haven’t had a single call in months.”
