Now, you can import your own company lists and easily target the right contacts. Here’s how it works:

1. Create your list: Go to People → Accounts, and add your preferred domains or companies to build a custom list.

Just select the technologies you’re focusing on, and the filter will show you contacts working at companies that rely on them. Managing outreach across multiple accounts just got so much easier! With our new CSV mailbox import feature, you can add multiple mailboxes in one go. 

Perfect for agencies or teams running big email campaigns, this update saves time and reduces setup errors.

  1. Prep your CSV file: Include the essentials—Email, Daily Limit, Sender Name, SMTP details, and IMAP details.
  2. Go to email settings: Head to Settings → Email account.
  3. Click “New Email Account”: In the top right corner, select Import from CSV.
  4. Upload your file: Drag and drop your CSV and hit upload.
  5. Check the status: A notification will let you know when your import is complete.

3.2. Improved email warmup

Big news for MailToaster users! Managing and warming up multiple mailboxes is now a breeze with our new bulk CSV import feature. 

It’s the ultimate time-saver for handling multiple accounts all at once. And here is how it works:

  1. Go to the Warm-Up Emails tab: Head to the Warm-Up Emails section in your dashboard.
  2. Click “Add Mailbox”: You’ll find this in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Import from CSV”: Choose the bulk import option.
  4. Upload your CSV file: Make sure it includes these fields:
    1. Email
    2. Daily Limit
    3. Sender Name
    4. SMTP Host, Port, Password, and SSL (optional)
    5. IMAP Host, Port, Password, and SSL (optional)
    6. Warm-up Daily Goal and Daily Increment

3.3. Export replies to CSV

Exporting contacts just got smarter and more useful! Now you can easily export your contacts along with their replies as a CSV file directly from the Inbox or People pages. This update simplifies reporting and makes tracking engagement a breeze.

The CSV file contains key details like:

  • Sequence name and ID
  • The contact’s reply within the sequence
  • Inbox category for each sequence where the contact is engaged

How to export:

  • From the Inbox: Select the contacts you want, then click the “Export contacts to CSV with replies” icon.

This feature makes sure the email addresses in your contact lists are valid, so your messages actually reach the right people. Once it’s enabled, any new contacts added to your sequences are automatically validated—keeping your lists accurate without any extra effort.

Even if you run out of validation credits, your sequences won’t stop. 

Validation will pick back up as soon as credits are available, so you can focus on crafting great messages without worrying about invalid addresses.

  1. Go to settings: Open the Settings menu in your account.
  2. Select email: Navigate to the Email section.
  3. Find the toggle: Look for “Disable Open Tracking in Bulk” and switch it on or off. A confirmation popup will appear to prevent accidental changes.

Need more control? You can also adjust open tracking for individual sequences:

  1. While setting up a sequence, go to Settings → General Settings.
  2. Use the “Disable Open Tracking” toggle to turn it on or off for that specific sequence.
