Negotiation
Negotiation is a discussion between the buyer and the seller aimed at reaching a mutual agreement.
During the sales negotiation, you try to come to terms regarding the details of the contract to make it a win-win for both parties. Negotiations typically take place at later stages of the sales process and typically lead to a deal being either closed or lost.
The negotiation process usually consists of 4 stages:
- Prepare
- Engage
- Facilitate
- Commit
