Transactional Selling
Transactional selling is the approach that focuses on getting the prospect to buy the product regardless of how it aligns with their needs.
Often referred to as product-based selling, this approach is opposite to consultative, relationship-based selling.
While it can help you generate value pretty fast, transactional selling isn't that beneficial in the long run as they prioritize making a one-off sale right now rather than building long-term relationships with the prospects and retaining them.
