Instead of manually transferring contact details or dealing with messy spreadsheets, you can now move contacts directly from your udu Source projects into Reply.io with just a few clicks. No matter if you’re adding them to your general contact list or uploading them straight into a sequence, it’s quick, easy, and error-free.

For example, let’s say you’ve identified key individuals at target companies in udu Source. With this integration, you can instantly upload their details into Reply.io and start reaching out through your email sequences—no extra steps needed. 

If you need to update an existing sequence, you can even overwrite old contact info with fresh data from udu Source, keeping your outreach up to date.

How to set up the Reply.io integration

Getting started with the Reply.io integration in udu is super simple. Here’s what to do:

1. Log in to your udu account and click the udu logo in the top-right corner, then select My Profile.

2. Scroll down to the Integrations section and hit Add Integration.

3. Choose Reply.io from the list.

4. Now, grab your Reply.io API key. You can find it in your Reply.io account under Settings > API Key, or just click this link if you’re already signed in.

5. Copy the API key and paste it into the dialog box in udu, then click Save.

And that’s it! Your udu account is now connected to Reply.io, and you’re ready to streamline your outreach.

How to upload contacts to Reply.io

Here’s how to upload your udu Source contacts to Reply.io:

1. Open your project in udu Source.

2. Click the vertical ellipsis icon (next to the search bar) and select Upload… from the dropdown.

3. Choose Reply.io as your upload option.

4. Decide where you want your contacts to go:

• To upload to your general Contacts in Reply.io, select No sequence – Upload directly to contacts.
• To upload directly into an existing sequence, pick the sequence from the dropdown.

5. If you’re uploading to a sequence and some contacts are already there, choose how you want to handle duplicates:

• Select True under Overwrite sequence to replace existing contact details with udu Source data.
• Select False to keep the existing contact details as they are.

6. Once you’ve made your choices, click Submit, and your contacts will be uploaded to Reply.io.
