Salesfinity Reviews and Overview: The Right Tool for Your Sales Team in 2025?

Salesfinity Reviews and Overview: The Right Tool for Your Sales Team in 2025?

AI is rapidly rewriting the rules of sales. New tools and features are emerging, making sales teams more efficient and productive.

By now, AI can be adopted for virtually all sales processes, from identifying targeted prospects and automating outreach campaigns to coaching, booking meetings, and beyond.

In fact, some AI-powered sales tools like AI SDRs are no longer just software—they’re intelligent teammates that join your sales force and work side-by-side with your reps.

Lately, we’re also seeing a surge of specialized AI tools that focus most of their features on one specific sales process.

One such tool is Salesfinity, which is laser-focused on one core goal—helping sales teams make better, faster, and more effective sales calls.

But is Salesfinity a worthy addition to your business tool stack in 2025? Or is your team better off with a more comprehensive AI sales suite like Reply.io?

Let’s explore Salesfinity’s main features, pricing plans, and reviews to find the answer.

P.S. We’ve written similar reviews on numerous AI sales tools such as Agentforce, Crew AI, and many more for everyone who wishes to check them out.

What is Salesfinity? Product overview

First things first, let’s cover the basics—what is Salesfinity?

salesfinity website

At its core, Salesfinity is an AI-powered sales dialer designed to help sales reps connect with more prospects faster and smarter, build better connections with decision-makers, and close more deals.

Without trying to be a ‘do-it-all’ sales platform, Salesfinity zeroes in on one core process—sales calls, making it perfect for SDRs and AEs who spend much of their time on outbound dialing.

With its AI engine, Salesfinity automates and enhances sales calls with its parallel dialer, prioritization, and accurate prospect data to give reps everything they need to make each call effective and personalized.

On top of that, Salesfinity uses AI to create call summaries and reports, provide real-time coaching, and automate lightweight lead nurturing touchpoints.

As a neat little addition, they offer something called ‘Salesfloor’—a virtual office for sales teams to get together and discuss any internal matters without jumping between apps.

Unlike AI SDRs like Jason AI, Salesfinity does not engage prospects on your behalf, at least yet, but it does equip you with everything you need to execute sales calls as effectively as possible.

Now, let’s take a more detailed look at Salesfinity’s main features. But, let’s take a quick pause…

What are the main Salesfinity features?

As previously mentioned, Salesfinity doesn’t try to be the jack of all trades when it comes to sales automation, it enables sales teams that live and breathe outbound calling. So it comes as no surprise that most of its features revolve around sales calls one way or the other.

Within its specialized niche, Salesfinity is definitely a top player with a powerful AI toolkit. Let’s explore its main features in more detail to get a better understanding of this tool.

AI Dialer

ai dialer by salesfinity reviews

We’ll start off with Salesfinity’s core feature—the AI Dialer, the engine behind the entire platform, and the main reason why sales teams consider this tool in the first place.

It functions as a parallel dialer that calls multiple leads at once and immediately connects a rep with the first person who picks up the phone. This way, sales teams can maximize their overall call volume by significantly reducing the downtime of voicemails or ringing phones.

Under the hood, however, Salesfinity’s AI is doing way more than simply dialing.

Salesfinity doesn’t call a bunch of prospects at random, it uses machine learning to optimize who to call and when by analyzing engagement pattern histories, time zones, and numerous other data points to prioritize the call queue. Over time, it only gets better at this as it learns ‘on the job’.

Sales reps can therefore focus their efforts on those prospects most likely to pick up, according to data, at a much faster rate thanks to Salesfinity’s AI parallel dialer.

Salesfinity also automatically uses local area codes that match each prospect’s location, which, in theory, would also increase the likelihood of them picking up.

Compared to other dialers, Salesfinity definitely stands out with its AI features, although, it’s important to note that this tool does not offer features to automate other channels like email, LinkedIn, or SMS.

AI Coaching

AI is a fantastic coach, which is why an increasing number of both sales and marketing tools have been adding some form of AI coaching features.

Salesfinity does not only help sales reps handle calls more effectively, but it also analyzes their performance and continuously offers actionable insights to improve their success rates. Think of it as a virtual manager sitting by your side during every call, taking notes of what’s going well and what needs some work.

Moreover, Salesfinity offers real-time feedback with on-screen suggestions and reminders during their calls with prospects. These notes could mention some objection-handling techniques, words to use or stop overusing, a suggestion to pace yourself, and so on.

It will then thoroughly analyze each call and provide critical sales metrics like talk-to-listen ratios, use of filler words, sentiment cues, and the list goes on.

Managers get their own dedicated dashboards with an overview of all the sales reps, which not only helps with individual coaching efforts based on concrete performance data but also helps sales leaders provide the best onboarding to new team members

Data Enrichment

data enrichments by salesfinity reviews

It goes without saying that before dialing a prospect it’s crucial to know as much information about them and their company as possible, and while manual research is very time-consuming, Salesfinity automates this process with AI.

Once a prospect is added to its database, whether it’s manually or through a CRM integration, Salesfinity will automatically skim through multiple external databases, including social profiles, in search of any firmographic and technographic data points.

For starters, this will identify and 100% verify each phone number to prevent bounced calls or wrong numbers. But even more so, this enriched data will be leveraged by sales reps to better connect with their prospects by personalizing their pitch or opener.

While the data provided is fairly basic since there are no intent signals, buyer journey stage indicators, or trigger events like job changes, Salesfinity does give just enough to ensure no call is generic and impersonal like back in the old days.

Nurture AI

In theory, AI-powered nurturing sounds like a fantastic addition to an AI sales dialer like Salesfinity. Even though they did a great job by adding this feature to their product, it is slightly underwhelming in terms of functionality.

The goal is to prevent leads from falling through the cracks by recommending timely and relevant follow-ups to prospects who didn’t pick up the phone, asked to call back later, or said they’re not interested at the moment.

It leverages AI algorithms to analyze historical data for each unique prospect and recommends the best time and custom scripts for follow-ups during the next call.

If your sales teams run high-volume outbound campaigns, this is an incredibly useful feature as it eliminates the need to stay on top of each potential customer, eliminating any missed opportunity.

However, Salesfinity’s Nurture AI is solely built around calls, without offering any cross-channel re-engagement like multichannel conditional sequences. In reality, if a prospect doesn’t pick up the phone from an unknown number, it doesn’t indicate that they wouldn’t be potentially interested in your offering, but perhaps an email or a LinkedIn message would get their attention instead.

With Salesfinity that would be a missed opportunity.

It’s for this reason that we recommend you take a look at AI SDRs like Jason AI that create tailored multichannel sequences for each unique lead and generate hyper-personalized messages based on prospect behavior in real time.

AI Reporting

ai-powered reporting by salesfinity reviews

If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it. Therefore, let’s talk about reporting.

Salesfinity’s AI reporting feature offers a clean and modern analytics dashboard with numerous detailed sales metrics including:

  • Total calls made, answered, and connected;
  • Call outcomes (e.g. voicemail, no answer, booked meeting);
  • Call durations and times of day with the highest connect rates;
  • Rep-specific stats (volume, speed to dial, success rate);
  • Coaching and QA scores.

Salesfinity enables users to customize these reports and filter them by rep, team, date range, or campaign, which helps them uncover crucial information and trends such as top-performing reps, which times of day produce the most connections, which scripts are most effective, and so on.

What are the Salesfinity pricing plans?

Now that we’ve covered Salesfinity’s main features, there’s another factor that affects most business decisions. Let’s talk money.

salesfinity pricing

Ironically, Salesfinity pricing page mentions ‘Transparent Pricing’, yet there’s absolutely no information on the cost of their plans.

After some digging, we found out that they previously did include pricing plans on their website, which started at a whopping $300/user/month. Even though now you’d have to talk to their sales team to get the exact pricing information, it’s highly unlikely that it got cheaper than what it used to be, so you can use that number as the starting point.

With a bit more research we found a report by a reputable vendor stating that on average, the annual cost for Salesfinity for sales teams is about $10,000, though the Salesfinity price highly varies based on the specific needs of each business.

Overall, this pricing puts Salesfinity well above the average AI software for sales, especially when you consider that it focuses solely on calling. For reference, AI sales automation platforms like Reply.io that offer multichannel AI-powered outreach, including calls, come with a significantly lower price tag.

So while Salesfinity is definitely a great tool, the ROI is quite questionable given its hefty price tag, especially if your sales workflow includes other outreach channels like LinkedIn, email, and inbound.

What are Salesfinity reviews by real users?

We strongly believe that any software is as good as its user reviews. Salesfinity is rated 4.8/5 stars on G2, which is very high, but it’s worth noting that there are only just over 50 reviews.

Therefore we’ve taken a more detailed look at Salesfinity reviews on all the reputable platforms and review sites we could find and compiled the most commonly-mentioned pros and cons from verified users:

✅Users report that Salesfinity achieves its main goal with huge success—enables them to make 2-3x more calls per day;
✅AI coaching with real-time insights helps reps become better at sales calls and helps managers analyze individual rep performance;
✅Users praise the platform’s intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes onboarding quick and painless.

❎It comes as no surprise that, even those who praise the features, mention the hefty price tag attached to the product;
❎Several users mention that the tool is ‘too narrow’ for modern outbound by not including email and social outreach features;
❎Ocassional integration glitches have been reported when syncing call data with CRM platforms.

And, here are some of the most popular real-world Salesfinity reviews. First up, the positives:

“First off, I love the product and how easy it is to integrate with our current tech stack. We just set Salesfinity up with our team and we’re booking meetings immediately. Who doesn’t love that?

The fact that Boss Mode exists is also ridiculous so you can parallel dial and have the AI choose how many numbers to dial at once by how likely they are to pick up. I use this feature every day all day.”

Here is one more:

“Salesfinity is an amazing software that works seamlessly. As someone who has tried other parallel dialers (such as Orum), I would choose Salesfinity.

You can toggle between your contacts before they answer and see all of their information and company information which makes it extremely helpful for when they answer so you’re not going into the call blind like you are in other dialers.”

As with any other tool, there have obviously been some less-than-happy comments by some Salesfinity users:

“I found that it wasn’t as intuitive as other diallers to group leads by company and location – but this is less of a problem if you are using it to do high volume dials vs targeted calls.”

And one more:

“The only issue I have is sometimes a delay between the prospect answering and me hearing them!”

And more:

“Sometimes, bugs in the calling, limitations with filters – things that i HOPE will be addressed soon :)”

What are the top Salesfinity alternatives?

Let’s get real, if sales calls are the #1 focus of your sales workflow, Salesfinity is definitely a solid choice, no question there. When compared to other sales dialers on the market, even those with AI features, Salesfinity is right there at the top.

In our practice, however, most modern teams don’t solely rely on phone calls alone. In 2025, reps are expected to connect with prospects across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, SMS, and even messengers like WhatsApp. This is where Salesfinity falls short.

For instance, sales teams looking to supercharge their outreach efforts with AI often turn to AI sales agents like Jason AI that offer many more features for the same price, oftentimes less.

Here are the key reasons why sales teams would be better off with Jason AI rather than Salesfinity:

  • Jason AI enables sales teams to create tailored multichannel outreach sequences for each unique leading, combining emails, LinkedIn, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Jason AI finds targeted prospects for your business on your behalf from a database of over 1 billion contacts without the need for any manual work;
  • Jason AI hyper-personalizes each message across each channel by researching relevant prospect and/or company data and staying alert for any intent signals;
  • Last but definitely not least, Jason AI handles responses on your behalf by answering questions, handling common objections, and booking meetings on your behalf!
  • Brand new AI SDR Playbooks that enable you to train your AI sales agent to sell exactly how you want it to, making it a fully-fledged member of your sales team;
  • Powerful analytics, email deliverability, and much more in store.

We’ve also written detailed reviews on other AI SDRs on the market including Artisan and 11x for those interested in learning more.

All in all, if calling is just a part of a much bigger sales outreach strategy—we strongly recommend either considering a more comprehensive AI sales outreach tool like Jason AI, or supplement Salesfinity with a dedicated sales engagement platform like Reply.io to fully automate your outreach, but this can get costly.

Built for speed. Designed for scale.

Jason AI handles the entire sales development process—so your team can scale without burning out or missing opportunities.

Is Salesfinity the right tool for your business?

So, is Salesfinity worth the investment? Well, here’s the verdict, simplified.

If your sales strategy relies heavily on outbound calls, we highly recommend Salesfinity as an addition to your tool stack. It undoubtedly has the ability to supercharge sales reps’ call effectiveness and overall coaching. It’s specialized, fast, and easy to use.

On the other hand, if you believe you’d be better off with a more comprehensive outreach strategy, it would be best to go for an AI-powered outreach tool or AI SDR. This way, businesses can harness the power of AI across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more, connecting with more prospects where they prefer to communicate.

Depending on your budget, another solution, and perhaps the best one, would be to get both Salesfinity and an AI SDR to perfect your sales outreach from each angle.

No matter your decision, the best thing you can do is test out these tools and see what works best for your unique sales strategy.
