I’m really not a fan of this pricing structure because it’s not very transparent, and it’s not made clear if you get all the features above in one package, or they’re all separate, and there’s no mention of Ava, the flagship AI, in any of them.

In fact, you need to scroll down to see Ava, still no pricing information there, and then a call to action at the bottom, saying you’ll need to contact sales. I don’t like this.

If you contact sales, go through the demo, like what you see, and sign up, you may get a good price, but what if you want to scale up down the line and the pricing is mega-expensive?

There’s no way to check in the here and now, not that you’ve got in writing anyway, so there’s no stability in the fact that scaling could cost you a small fortune and you may be locked into it because you’ve invested so many resources in setting it up, getting your team to learn the platform, and so on.

Sure, you can talk about it with one of their sales rep (probably an AI, right?), but I’d like to see here and now what the prices are, how much it’s going to cost, and what it’s going to cost in the future moving forward.

There is an old website that still seems to be ranking on Google, but the website seems to be taken down and the price is about $4,500 annually, but this number varies wildly, depending on the source.

With all this in mind, I’d say be careful and get quotes from other places. If you’re looking for a clear pricing structure you can rely on for years to come, unless you can work something out with a sales rep, this probably isn’t for you.
