It sends contacts from a udu Source project into your Reply.io account. You choose whether they land in your Contacts list or go directly into a sequence you have already built.

In Reply.io, go to Settings > API Key. If you are already signed in, you can open it directly at run.reply.io/Dashboard/Material#/settings/apiKey.

It decides what happens to contacts that already exist in Reply.io. Set it to True and udu Source’s data replaces their existing details; set it to False and what is already in Reply.io stays untouched. Choose False if anyone on your team has edited those records by hand, because an overwrite discards those edits.
No. You run the upload from a udu Source project when you want to move contacts across, so nothing transfers in the background without you.
Yes. The upload runs per project, so each udu Source project can point at a different sequence. The API key connects your whole udu account to one Reply.io account, so every project uploads into that same account.
Contacts already in Reply.io are governed by the Overwrite setting, and new ones are added. If people from that project are already mid-sequence, upload to Contacts rather than into the live sequence, then move only the genuinely new names across, so nobody restarts at the first email.
