Seamless AI doesn’t try to position itself as a sales outreach tool, but they did roll out a few new features lately that aim to bridge the gap between data and messaging.
For starters, their Pitch Intelligence feature is essentially a research portal for any contact or account. After you find a prospect, this feature aggregates all publicly available info about them in one place to give you more complete information for outreach.
For instance, users might see additional information like job history, company size, last funding round, recent social media posts, recent achievement mentions, and more. The idea is to arm salespeople with context so their first email or call can reference something relevant.
In practice, Pitch Intelligence works as a second layer of data enrichment that activates once a sales rep is ready to engage the prospect, saving them time from manually Googling them. The only issue here is that, unless there is extensive press coverage or an active LinkedIn profile, this feature may fail to return much beyond what the Prospector already uncovered.
In addition, Seamless AI has its own AI Assistant that takes personalization a step further by writing your outreach message (or call script) for you, based on all the data available.
It works very much like a built-in generative AI model like ChatGPT and alternatives—users input any relevant context such as product info, target role, tone, length, etc., and the AI assistant will quickly generate an effective copy.
The good news is that it will leverage the rich data points provided by Prospector to personalize each message with relevance, preventing the common ‘staring at a blank email’ situation.
