Touchpoint

Touchpoint refers to any interaction or contact between a salesperson and a potential customer within the sales engagement sequence.

Sales engagement sequences typically involve contacting the prospects across different channels, such as email, phone calls or voicemails, SMS messaging, social media, etc.

However, customer journey touchpoints might not always be a direct message.

Social media interactions on LinkedIn might mean visiting their profile, interacting with their content, or engaging in comments on relevant groups or posts.
