What’s New: Personalize, Scale, and Track Outreach with Reply New Features
Svitlana Shuliak17 Feb 2025
Reply.io just dropped some awesome updates to make outreach a breeze!
We’re talking AI-powered personalization, smoother LinkedIn integration, and a slick new dashboard to track productivity and deliverability. These upgrades team up to help you scale your outreach, nail those personalized messages, and keep tabs on how you’re doing—all in one place!
Let’s dive into them.
How AI variables make personalized outreach a breeze
Reply.io now has AI Variables to tackle some of the biggest pain points in cold outreach—like personalizing emails at scale without burning out!
This feature is ideal for those who want to stay in control and aren’t quite ready to rely entirely on AI. Rather than customizing each message by hand, you can create a single email template with AI variables that automatically generate personalized content based on your prompt.
Save time, reduce the risk of sounding robotic, and increase your chances of getting a response—all while scaling your outreach efforts like a pro!
For example, instead of writing separate emails to each prospect, you write one email like this:
So, how does it work?
Start by preparing an enriched list of contacts. You can either find relevant contacts using Reply Real-Time data or enhance your existing list with the Reply Enrichment feature.
Next, create a sequence for these contacts, just like you normally would.
When you’re writing an email—whether manually or with Jason AI—simply place your cursor where you want to add the AI variable.
Click the AI Variable icon and write your prompt.
To personalize your messages, use standard variables within your prompt. The AI will then craft a unique message for each prospect based on the details you provide.
You’ll be able to preview the result immediately and tweak it if needed.
You can also see the message preview for each contact in the Preview tab and make any edits to ensure everything looks perfect.
Easy, right? But we didn’t stop there.
We’ve also created a library of proven prompts to make things even simpler and help you get started quickly. Once you get the hang of it, you can create your own prompts and save them in the library as personal ones. You can easily search for and reuse them whenever you need.
Now, everything you need for perfect outreach is all in one place—no more relying on third-party tools for lead generation, lead enrichment, personalization, or multichannel outreach. Pretty great, right?
Use cases:
Personalize messages for every prospect → Tailor emails based on contact details, company info, industry trends, and pain points to build trust and boost engagement.
Improve email deliverability → AI makes sure your emails stand out by randomizing content, adjusting tone, and varying message length, helping you avoid spam filters.
Fix copywriting → Automatically fixes formatting errors, standardizes data, and improves readability, ensuring your emails are professional and clear.
Segment and customize → Use AI variables to personalize emails for different segments—like by job title, company size, or location—ensuring the right message gets to the right person.
Address individual pain points → AI variables can pull in specific pain points or challenges a prospect might be facing, making your email feel even more relevant and personalized.
With AI variables fine-tuning your emails, you’ll avoid spam filters and land in inboxes more often. This means better engagement and less time spent on repetitive tasks like personalizing content, formatting, and dodging spam triggers—so you can focus on closing deals!
Want to send personalized emails to hundreds of people in no time? AI variables make it super easy to customize each message at scale and boost your results.
We’re excited to roll out some awesome new LinkedIn features that make scaling your outreach easier and safer than ever before! Now you can reach more prospects with confidence, all while keeping your approach smooth and efficient.
We’ll start with a way to add a few LinkedIn accounts to your sequence and rotate them to keep conversations more human-like.
2.1 How to handle multiple LinkedIn accounts with ease
With this update, you can now add multiple LinkedIn accounts to your Reply sequence, making it easier to scale your LinkedIn outreach. Use several accounts at once to send more connection requests, messages, and InMails.
Here’s how to add multiple LinkedIn accounts to your sequence:
Go to the Settings tab within your sequence.
Choose the LinkedIn account you want to use for outreach.
If you only have one LinkedIn account (or none), you’ll be taken to the general Settings page where you can add more. Just click the ‘Add Account’ button in the top-right corner.
Once you’ve added the accounts, head back to the sequence settings and try adding the accounts again.
This feature is a game-changer, especially for teams or anyone managing multiple LinkedIn profiles. You can scale your outreach without compromising account safety or efficiency!
Got more than one LinkedIn account? Now you can manage them all from one place and make your outreach more efficient.
2.2 How to scale your outreach with new increased LinkedIn limits
We’ve added a cool feature to give you more control over your outreach—customizable daily safety limits for different LinkedIn actions. Here’s what you can now adjust:
Connection requests
Profile views
Liking recent posts
Sending messages
Following profiles
Endorsing skills
IMPORTANT: Each action has a max limit of 100 per day, but if you’re new to LinkedIn outreach, we recommend starting at 30. This helps keep things safe while you get the hang of things and avoid LinkedIn’s restrictions.
For the pros who are comfortable scaling, higher limits let you increase your outreach and get better results!
How to set your LinkedIn limits:
Open Settings and select LinkedIn Accounts.
Choose the LinkedIn account you want to set limits for.
Go to the Max. amount tab and adjust the daily limit for each action.
Fine-tune the limits based on your experience and outreach goals.
With this feature, you can scale at your own pace while staying safe!
Want to send more messages and connection requests? With higher limits, you can reach more prospects without worrying about restrictions.
2.3 How setting limit ranges helps you avoid looking automated
To make your outreach look more natural and avoid being flagged as automated, you can now set limit ranges for your actions. Instead of sending exactly 30 connection requests a day, you can set a range, like 25–35, to randomize your actions.
This variability helps avoid patterns that might trigger spam filters. To help you get started, here are recommended settings we wanted to share with you:
For beginners→ Start with a range of 25–35 actions per day for safe, gradual scaling.
For advanced users→ Increase the range as needed to handle higher outreach volumes while staying within safe limits.
This feature makes your activity appear more natural and ensures better compliance with LinkedIn’s guidelines.
With these new LinkedIn improvements, you can scale your outreach while keeping your account safe. You can now tailor your approach based on your experience and goals, giving you more flexibility in how you reach out to prospects.
Managing multiple LinkedIn accounts from one platform saves you time and helps streamline your outreach efforts. Plus, by keeping your activity patterns natural, you’ll improve your deliverability and engagement rates, making sure your outreach stays effective and compliant with LinkedIn’s rules.
Keep things natural! Set limit ranges to avoid looking automated and make your outreach feel more human.
