It’s all about helping the new client get comfortable with your product or service and use them to the fullest.

Client onboarding starts right after the deal is closed and indicates the start of the customer journey with the company. This process usually includes hands-on training, tutorials, personal guidance, etc., and is crucial for the customer's success in the long run.
